油票预付卡只是购买油票的一种充值行为，作为单位的预付款核算，并没有实际去加油站加油，所以不能作为费用报销入账的。购买油票预付卡的账务处理是，
借：预付账款，
贷：库存现金等科目。今后加油的时候账务处理是，
借：管理费用等科目，
贷：预付账款。
在实际加油的时候才可以作为费用报销入账的。
